Terms and Conditions of Sale

Orders:

A minium of $700 is required for shipping orders. Showroom purchases should be a minimum of $100.00 For all new accounts, please allow time for credit reference checks.

Quotations:

Prices will be quoted F.O.B. at our main warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia

Freight Charges:

You as a constomer may arrange your own shipping with carriers of your choice or allow Sunrise to do so on your behalf. We cannot guarantee freight rates, but will work with our carriers to get you the best rate possible. All merchandise is shipped "Freight Collect"

Defective Merchandise:

For any merchandise not received in good condition, please notify our Customer Service department immediately. If you need a part replaced, please fax our "Parts Department". All claims regarding damages must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods. Merchandise can only be returned for credit or replacement with prior authorization. Goods must be returned in their original cartons.

Goods Damaged in Transit:

Goods may be damaged en route. The carrier assume responsibility for delivering the merchandise to you in good condition. Sunrise recommends that customers inspect the merchandise immediately upon arrival. If anything is short or damaged on arrival, please have the carrier's representive acknowledge it in writing. You may refuse the damage product. Alternatively, accept it unopned; contact the carrier immediately to request an inspection, after which, file a claim, if appropriate.

Claims for goods damaged in transit should be made against the carrier. Sunrise cannot be held responsible for damages that occur while goods are in transit.
